My husband and I have lived in MiraVerde since 1993. During much of that time, I have run our home-based business as a professional organizer and speaker. My work has given me the opportunity to lead seminars and workshops throughout the United States, South America, and Asia. I have also written several books on organization, home-based businesses, and patents. I enjoy solving problems and helping others find practical solutions. Janet Ulrich, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, holds the highest distinction in Community Association Management. A retired corporate professional, she brings over a decade of HOA management experience to Miraverde as Senior Community Manager. Janet partners with the Board of Directors to recommend best-practice decisions that promote a harmonious and thriving community. Her expertise and leadership reflect an unwavering commitment to excellence. A sought-after speaker, Janet has presented at national and local CAI conferences and contributes articles to CAI publications.
